The receptionist is one of the rudest people I've met. This place is the most unorganized group of people. Each time someone came out to our place, they spent at least 15 minutes on the phone trying to figure out who did what and what they were supposed to be doing. The final straw was when they came out to check for a propane leak with a CO2 detector. They left saying everything was fine. FS came out later that week and found 5 leaks. Good job Tony's.
